Return Policy

Before returning a Novara product, please note that most of our jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. Each piece is unique, and natural variations in stones or pearls are normal. All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items may be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging including the outer corrugated box, jewellery box, jewellery pouch, and any additional elements.
  • All tags, labels, and protective materials must be intact and undamaged.
  • Any promotional gifts or accessories included with the purchase must also be returned.
  • If the product is received damaged, you must inform our customer care team within 3 days along with clear pictures or videos.
  • Return pickups will be arranged by us only from the original delivery address.
  • Returned products must be free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned at offline stores and vice versa.
  • If any return conditions are not met, Novara reserves the right to reject the return request.
